Mentor Orientation: About Our Agency

This video is the first in a Mentor Orientation series made especially to prepare potential Bigs in their new role as mentors. We created the series last year in response to COVID-19 and the need to cancel in-person Mentor Orientation. You know as well as we do that keeping kids connected matters, whether in-person or virtually.

This virtual Mentor Orientation is a mandatory part of the enrollment process for all interested Bigs. After completing orientation, potential Bigs also participate in a mandatory Mentor Training.
