BBBSMI Brings Home a Silver Biggie Marketing Award!
On June 22nd during the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America National Conference in Indianapolis, BBBSMI won the Silver Award for the 2021 Local Black Heroes campaign!
Bringing home Silver from the Biggie Marketing Awards was only possible thanks to the incredible Local Black Heroes who shared their time and talent for the initiative.
Thank you to Carmen James (Strategic Engagement Manager), pictured above, for leading the project. Kori Jock (Director of Marketing and Development), Jessie Reyes (Marketing Coordinator), and Matt Kidney (Database Coordinator) created and promoted the blog posts and social media. Also, many thanks to Pagan Poggione and Avery Green, who were with BBBSMI when the campaign started and integral to its execution.

The competition was an effort to recognize the hard-working Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies that have excelled in marketing, build up the entire federation’s marketing capacity, and provide an opportunity for resource sharing.
Congratulations to everyone involved!
