COMMITTEE OPPORTUNITIES
MARKETING & PUBLIC RELATIONS
- Facilitate the Agency’s marketing plan, communications, and public relations.

BOARD DEVELOPMENT
- Make recommendations to the Executive Committee on bylaw and Articles of Incorporation revisions and/or amendments for their approval.
- Orientation of new Board members and ongoing development of the Board.
FUND DEVELOPMENT
- Strengthen agency funding in order to gain the resources necessary to effectively manage the programming needs of its service delivery area.
HUMAN RESOURCES
- Assist the CEO in formulating policy recommendations for the Board.
- Conduct an annual review of the personnel policies and practices of the Agency.
- Analyze benefits and make recommendations to the Executive Committee regarding the appropriate benefits package and salary range for each position.
JUNIOR LEADERSHIP
- Young professionals who support the agency’s volunteer recruitment and fundraising goals.
FINANCE
- Make recommendations for agency investments and policies surrounding investments and endowment activities.
PROGRAM & SERVICES
- Review and make recommendations to the Board of Directors concerning the nature and scope of the agency’s programs in alignment with National Standards.
