Your generosity, support helps local children achieve success

Thanks to your generosity and support, we are proud to report that 2013 was a tremendous year for kids in the five counties we serve. More than 1,200 children were able to form or sustain a relationship with a caring, dedicated Big Brother, Big Sister, Big Couple, or Big Family.

Results from the latest survey of Littles show that more than 80 percent of the children in our program feel confident about their school performance, more than 80 percent have improved or maintained their performance in school, and more than 70 percent are less likely to engage in behaviors which might limit their future success. In short, we know our programs work.

The ability of Big Brothers Big Sisters to successfully recruit, train and support safe, caring and consistent mentors is directly tied to the funds we raise. Without your support, we would not be able to achieve positive outcomes for our children.
